Thoughtful Floorplans

Make space for everything you care about: an advancing career in the home office, laughing friends in the living room, and novelty mugs overfilling the kitchen cabinets.

Outdoor Spaces

Numerous rooftop terraces and sun decks bring the great outdoors closer to home. Host a barbecue in a cabana or gather at a firepit for Elliot Bay sunsets against the backdrop of the Olympic Mountains.

Luxe Amenities

Survive the hectic with private underground parking, on-site bike storage, and a well-outfitted fitness center. Entertain or escape to our secluded, outdoor courtyard retreat, private club rooms, or spend a rainy day in the gaming room.

Inviting Design

Interior space is timelessly styled with sophisticated color palettes, modern finishes, and high-end appliances. Outside, find brick-lined sidewalks reminiscent of Queen Anne’s traditional style.

Quintessentially Queen Anne

Perched atop Seattle’s highest named hill, the iconic Queen Anne neighborhood is often envied but never replicated. Live amongst the historic architecture and love the connected, urban lifestyle.

Walkable Community

We don’t need Walk Score© to know the neighborhood is easy to explore on foot (but in case you do, it’s a 95). Easily find ample parking when you do opt for a ride instead.

Life at the Peak

Explore every kind of adventure in Queen Anne. Meander through woods in David Rodgers Park. Savor dinner at How to Cook a Wolf. Limber up at Haute Yoga. Choose to repeat your favorite things or discover something new every day.

ENTERTAINMENT

Right now the Storm have the best record in the league, were Nat’l champs last year & will play at CPArena. Unwind down the hill at Climate Pledge Arena for Kraken games or a show at Seattle Rep. Have a night at the opera or enjoy any number of festivals and events at Seattle Center. With museums, an IMAX theater, and countless entertainment offerings at your fingertips you’ll never be bored.

SHOPPING

Stroll tree-lined streets to unique, local businesses. Discover a new classic at Queen Anne Book Company. Style yourself at Rustic Rose or Simple & Just. Sip juice at HeartBeet Juicery. Thursday, refill the fridge at Queen Anne Farmers Market for fresh, local produce. Don’t worry about the forgotten onion though, just slip downstairs for our ground-floor grocery.

RESTAURANTS

Hold hands at intimate candlelit dinners or pump fists over sports pub fare. There’s no shortage of any craving. Stick to the diet at Bounty Kitchen for organic, healthy eats. Say screw the diet at La Reve Bakery over a flakey pain au chocolat. Stay in with Zeeks Pizza or go out for El Mazcalito. All that’s just within blocks from home. Venture further for international cuisine and Elliott Bay breweries.

PARKS & RECREATION

Explore dozens of parks for each mood. Escape to nature with Wolf Creek Ravine. Play games at West Queen Anne Playfield. Run the dog out of energy at Kinnear Park. Stop to smell flowers at Parsons Garden. Catch unparalleled views of the Space Needle and postcard-worthy sunsets over Elliott Bay and Mount Rainier at popular Kerry Park. Discover your personal hidden gem (and tell no one).
